1. Ayurvedic Massage helps rebalance the body and nervous systems, while supporting various internal functions such as cardiovascular health, lymphatic flow, and digestion. It’s also a nurturing way to allow yourself to feel touched, cherished, and cared for.
Full Body Ayurvedic Massage includes work on the head, face, neck, upper chest, shoulders, arms, hands, abdomen, legs, feet, and the entire back of the body (no genital contact). Acupressure may also be applied to further release muscle tension and physical discomfort.

This session gradually increases in pressure according to the comfort level of the client/patient. For people in relatively good health, these sessions are recommended as part of both recovery and preventive care.
For clients who are recovering from cancer or experiencing autoimmune flare-ups. You always have full autonomy over the duration of the session—more is not always better in these cases. If you feel any form of massage might be too aggressive for you, please refer to Tactile / Somatic Practice - were sessions can be altered to suit your needs​​​
2. Naked Massage (No Draping)
This session offers the therapeutic benefits of Ayurvedic Massage, with the body fully uncovered to allow for uninterrupted flow and ease of movement. The massage gradually transitions into lighter, more sensual touch—heightening body awareness and deepening relaxation.
The absence of draping allows your body to fully relax without the need to adjust or shift coverings. While you may feel the gentle glide of hands near the genitals or around the breasts, there is no direct contact with either. [ no genital contact ]
3. Light Touch Massage with Tactile Somatic Connectivity Practice
This session is especially recommended for men seeking an alternative to erotic massage, offering a space to explore the sensuality of connection and intimacy through mindful, intentional touch—without performance or goal-oriented pressure. [ no genital contact, clients remain partially draped ]

Connective Tactile - Somatic Sessions
Non-erotic / Non Sexual touch practices provide a unique perspective on how to create more meaningful and safe connections - it can also allow you to connect with sexual sensations that may arise without acting on them - in can also transform your meditative experience - can allow for emotional release etc... There are many benefits that come through : simply by allowing the beauty of, and the natural benefits of touch and contact to fulfil our need for actual human connection.
We introduce Somatic contact as a form of meditation, learning to align our bodies and breath, simply allow us to breathe again.
