​We start with an open dialogue to gain a deeper understanding of your situation and personal goals.

I will also guide you through somatic practices, incorporating well-known Reiki hand positions and the principles of Sensate Focus, as the base of the practice, to include breathwork simply allowing you to begin to feel all sensations, covering as much of the body as we can, prioritizing your connection with thoughts, or emotions that may arise, gradually integrating tactile movements.
