A structured process for untangling a specific situation or relationship.
Deep Dive sessions begin with what is currently tangled and isolating in your life: a specific situation, a breakdown or conflict with another person, or a heavy cloud of situational confusion. Unlike a single-session release valve, this is a multi-session commitment where we actively roll up our sleeves to slow the process down, look closely at a specific real-world knot, and do the hard work of processing and integration.
The work starts where things have become mentally overwhelming or overly generalized. We slow the process down and listen closely to how you are organizing the experience: where everything has been lumped together, blurred, or kept abstract.
Staying abstract often keeps us safe from a painful truth, but the inability to voice what is actually happening—or take action on it—creates a profound, paralyzing form of isolation.
Depending on what emerges, we may incorporate embodied communication—tapping into the direct truth your body holds beneath the story. Where does your system tighten? Where does it soften? This allows us to cut through the noise and access what you already know but haven't been able to voice.
From vague overwhelm to grounded, articulate action.
We close the primary session by shifting your attention to what actually needs to be done or said in your real life. By identifying a concrete commitment to action, you begin to break that cycle of isolation and step back into alignment.
"She gently guided me to stop lumping everything together and focus on one person, one moment, one real interaction. I didn't realize how often I avoid my own truth by staying abstract. With her clarity and care, I was finally able to name what actually happened." — Caryn
Format: Two sessions—a primary session (2 hours) plus an integration follow-up / $350 USD
Ongoing embodied communication work and longer-term support options will be discussed based on what emerges.
