SomaSensory Journeys
Travel - Art - Massage - Tactile / Somatic Practices, Mindful Conversations & Intuitive Readings

Welcome
Welcome to a space where touch is healing, your voice is heard and you are seen. Where creative expression is welcomed, and solo travel is more than visiting new places— but to feel at home within yourself.

From Form to Feeling:
How Soma is Understood
To feel at home within yourself, we start with the body — sometimes as simple as just showing up.
In modern Greek, soma refers to the body as structure —physical, visible, anatomical.
In ancient philosophy, it was seen as the container of the soul — or psyche. In some schools of thought, viewed the body as a prison for the soul: “The body is a tomb.” — Plato (σῶμα σῆμα)

But in somatic practice, soma means something else. It’s the felt body — the one that breathes, senses, remembers. Not something you have, but something you are.
ΣomaSensory is rooted in your being, sometimes overshadowed by experiences, sometimes brought to light : Living from the inside out. Letting perception, emotion, and sensation guide you back to truth —quietly, honestly, moment by moment.

About me
Born in Istanbul and raised in the USA, I’ve spent the past two decades living and working across Egypt, Turkey, and Greece—growing intimately familiar with the shifting rhythms of solo travel, changing landscapes, and the seasons that greet us year after year, even if affected by the changes of external factors, remain true, unaffected by time. But enough about me,
?
Some questions to ask yourself:
Does your body and soul feel aligned with your life’s journey so far?
And are you at peace with the choices you’ve made along the way?

Sometimes, there is nothing to fix—only everything to acknowledge.
And to live accordingly, through your true nature.
?

My offerings simply invite you to slow down, feel yourself in the present moment, and move forward from there.
