Massage & Comfort Sessions

Comforting Sessions: Touch, Connect, Communicate.
a space to be held, seen and heard
Sometimes we don’t need to be fixed —as if something is wrong with us
-we just want to feel consoled without counseled - to sit in our own truth.
To be gently touched, quietly held, or simply met in presence.
To sit with someone beside us, without needing to explain.
Not therapy. Not massage. Not performance.
Just honest, genuine contact —
a place where you can fully exhale,
and feel held, heard, and seen.

These sessions are especially supportive for those seeking:
-
A place to rest emotionally and physically
-
Safe, platonic human connection
-
A deeper relationship with their body and nervous system
-
Relief from loneliness, anxiety, or emotional numbness
-
A healing experience of being held without pressure or performance

Ways We Might Connect
Comfort and healing are interconnected concepts, especially when dealing with physical or emotional distress. Comfort can be a crucial component of healing, providing a sense of peace and security that allows the body and mind to recover. Conversely, healing can lead to a deeper sense of comfort and well-being
— the kind of closeness we long for but rarely get to name.
Here are just some of the ways we might connect — and why they bring comfort:

Ways to Be Touched

-
Hair being stroked — evokes care and safety; calms the nervous system
-
Gently stroking the back of the neck or spine — offers soothing regulation; relieves tension
-
Light foot massage while seated together — grounding and calming; offers quiet connection
-
Face or beard being gently touched — affirms tenderness; brings care to overlooked parts of self
-
Ear stroking or lobe massage — stimulates the vagus nerve; promotes deep calm and ease
-
A steady hand on your back or chest — grounds the breath; communicates “you are not alone”
Ways to Physically Connect

-
Resting your head in a lap — creates a deep sense of trust and surrender
-
Being cradled or gently rocked — nurtures the inner child; supports emotional softening
-
Silent holding — removes performance pressure; allows co-regulation without words
-
Holding hands — a simple but profound gesture of steady companionship
-
Cocooning in blankets or arms — symbolic containment; offers emotional and physical grounding
-
Full-frontal embrace (seated or lying down) — invites closeness and nervous system co-regulation
-
Back-to-back leaning — offers support and connection while preserving space
-
Quiet side-by-side sitting — normalizes intimacy without demand
The above is not an exhaustive list.
You are always welcome to ask for ways you like to be touched and comforted.
Natural Healing Properties of Touch, Contact, Connection

[Skin to Skin] Contact with you activates your baby's parasympathetic nervous system that switches off stress; enhances digestion, healing and growth, and imprints calm and connection

Touch, contact, and connection are essential to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing -throughout our lifetime. Physical contact not only creates connection, it also boosts immunity, and releases “feel-good” neurotransmitters in the brain

Touch also helps with managing Grief & Loss -Relieves Chronic Pain -Increases blood flow -promotes a good night's sleep -Overcomes Communication Challenges

Our nervous system is constantly processing environmental signals and triggers, whether we are conscious of it or not.
In intimate relationships, successful coregulation occurs when both individuals feel safe. However, conflicts can disrupt this connection, leading to a sense of disconnection. By resolving conflicts and returning to a place of emotional safety, we experience a positive sensation of calmness, grounding, and security in our bodies ---While disruptions in emotional connection are inevitable, a sense of trust develops over time, reassuring us that re-engagement is possible.

1. Ayurvedic Massage helps rebalance the body and nervous systems, while supporting various internal functions such as cardiovascular health, lymphatic flow, and digestion. It’s also a nurturing way to allow yourself to feel touched, cherished, and cared for.
Full Body Ayurvedic Massage includes work on the head, face, neck, upper chest, shoulders, arms, hands, abdomen, legs, feet, and the entire back of the body (no genital contact). Acupressure may also be applied to further release muscle tension and physical discomfort.
2. Naked Massage (No Draping)
This session begins with the therapeutic benefits of Ayurvedic Massage and gradually shifts into a softer, more fluid touch. Nudity allows for continuous movement without restriction, enhancing body awareness, sensuality, and deep relaxation. While you may feel hands moving near the genital or breast areas, there is no direct contact with the genitals or breasts.
3. Light Touch Massage with Tactile Somatic Connectivity Practice
This session offers a space to explore sensuality, connection, and intimacy—free from performance expectations or goal-oriented pressure. To maintain the integrity of the experience, the pelvic region remains lightly draped during the Somatic Connectivity Practice. There is no genital contact.

Sessions may last up to 3 hours, to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
For women, I recommend beginning with two separate sessions to establish comfort, safety, and trust. Pricing for these sessions can be arranged individually
