Trauma-Informed Sessions

Grief. Loss. Disconnection. Healing begins when we gently meet what has been too painful, too heavy, or too long ignored.

I view trauma—whether from personal violation, neglect, or the death of a loved one—as a kind of grief: a deep loss of self, of safety, of belonging. Healing is not about erasing what happened but about finding new ways to be with what is—with compassion, presence, and care.

These sessions create a sacred, supportive space where your whole self is welcome—mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Three Pathways of Healing

Loss of Self: For those healing from rape, abuse, or violation—when the safety of body and soul has been shaken or broken. Together we create space for restoration, safety, and wholeness.

Loss of Nurturing: For those who grew up without the warmth of nurturing love, emotional presence, or safe touch. This work invites the possibility of new internal ground: to feel loved, held, and seen—perhaps for the first time.

Loss of a Loved One: For those grieving the death of someone close. Gentle rituals, prayers, and remembrance can support the journey through loss, honoring the life and presence of those who are no longer physically here.

Healing Rituals & Prayers
Healing is often a process of moving through grief—a deep sense of loss that can arise from trauma such as rape or abuse, from neglect or the absence of nurturing love in adulthood or childhood, or from losing a loved one.

As part of your healing journey, gentle rituals and prayers may be offered to support your restoration—always guided by your comfort and consent.

  • Grounding practices like mindful breathing, lighting a candle, or tactile touch help invite presence and release.

  • Prayers drawn from universal spiritual traditions and your own beliefs invite protection, healing, and connection to a higher source of love and strength.

  • Somatic awareness exercises nurture your body’s experience of safety and care—essential for healing wounds caused by trauma, neglect, or loss.

These elements create a sacred container where your whole self is honored, and healing unfolds as a holistic journey of body, mind, and spirit.

Oracle Fusion sessions can be a gentle, intuitive way to begin the healing process, especially for those new to this work or seeking spiritual alignment and insight without diving immediately into verbal reflection.

They offer a non-verbal, embodied entry point through breath, sound, meditation, and oracle guidance—helpful for people who may find traditional talk approaches overwhelming.

Mindful Conversations can then be offered as a follow-up or deeper phase to explore thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns with compassionate clarity and conscious response-building.

This layered approach can meet clients where they are and support healing in a paced, personalized way.

How I Support You: At anytime during the process, you are never alone. Follow up and check in sessions are part of this process.

In each session, we draw from tools that meet you where you are:

  • Grounding and Somatic Practices
Breathwork, touch, and simple sensory awareness to reconnect with safety in the body.

  • Healing Rituals and Prayers
Guided by your beliefs, universal prayers or personal rituals can offer comfort, strength, and spiritual connection. We can work on creating a more personalized guidance for you.

  • Oracle Fusion (optional) but recommended
A gentle, intuitive way to invite insight through breath, sound, meditation, and oracle guidance—especially helpful if words feel too heavy.

  • Mindful Conversations (optional) but recommended. At some point to  speak in detail, telling your story.
For those ready to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns through reflective dialogue.

Some clients begin with the quiet of Oracle Fusion, others with conversation—we move at a pace and depth that honors your needs.

A Gentle Reminder

Healing is not linear. There is no right or wrong way to begin. Sometimes there is nothing to fix—only everything to acknowledge, to grieve, and to live from the truth of your own being.

If you feel called to this work, I welcome you.
