This space documents nearly two decades of in-person, hands-on somatic lineage across Türkiye, Greece, and Egypt. Originally structured for solo travelers and seekers navigating deep personal transitions, these journeys represent the foundational physical truth upon which my current practice rests.

Rooted in the spirit of slow travel, these experiences move beyond itineraries, inviting you into direct sensory engagement with your surroundings. Travel through the body — through sensation, attention, and the subtle ways environment and awareness shape inner experience.
Movement through a place becomes an opportunity to reconnect with the felt sense of self: noticing atmosphere, landscape, and the small rhythms of everyday life.

Body-based practices supporting relaxation, nervous system balance, and deeper embodied awareness. Time to restore, reflect, and integrate the impressions that travel often brings.
