About Me

Figen Bico
Born in Istanbul and raised in the USA, I’ve been living and working across Egypt, Turkey, and Greece since 2007—an experience that has made me deeply attuned to the subtle, shifting rhythms we encounter as we move through life.

No matter how we connect—through bodywork, travel, or online sessions—my main aim is to help individuals feel comfortable in and with themselves.
Like a finely tuned violin with four strings, each part of us requires individual attention for the whole to come alive. Even the finest instrument needs tuning before the concerto can begin—and without this care, we may find ourselves feeling out of tune with both ourselves and the world around us.
My current offerings reflect more than 20 years of holistic practice, deepened by lived awareness—working with the body, the mind, the emotions, and the subtle environment that shapes us. Through attentive listening—to both the body and being—I create space for what has long been held inside to gently unfold.

In The Beginning
Before we were given names, stories, or roles to carry—
there was breath.

The first inhale, immediately followed—if not in tandem—with the first cry:
the moment body and soul arrived into separation,
the beginning of longing,
the beginning of individual life—yet utterly dependent on others for survival.
This longing—the deep human desire for belonging, safety, and connection—has shaped my life and my work.
